I’ve ordered twice now, and both times the books arrived exactly when they said they would. You don’t always get that, so it was nice to have no surprises and no drama

Overall, my experience was okay, but the replies were really slow. I was expecting a bit quicker communication, especially when I needed an update. Not a huge disaster, but it definitely made the whole process feel more frustrating than it needed to be

Payments have been coming through right when they’re supposed to, and I haven’t had to chase anything down or deal with any strange delays. So far, everything’s been smooth and I’m happy with it.

Signing up wasn’t too difficult, but it did take me longer than I thought it would. A couple of steps were a little confusing, and I had to double-check some details before everything went through. My brother was nearby and helped me look over it, which made it easier. Overall it worked out fine, but it could definitely be smoother for someone setting it up for the first time

I used ingramspark mostly because I wanted my paperback to show up in more places, it did what I needed it to do. People can complain about the setup being a little tedious, and sure, it takes some patience, but it’s not impossible. The big thing for me was seeing my book listed on different retailer sites, which was exactly the point. For the price, I think the distribution reach is solid.

The colors are nice and sharp, and the pages feel really good, too. Overall, I’m happy with it, and it feels like a great buy.

Not sure how to explain it, but after about a week the pages started loosening up and it just didn’t feel very well made. I was expecting it to hold up better, so overall I’m not too impressed.
